ich suche eine Nachmieterin für mein 9 qm Zimmer in einem privaten Wohnheim, nähe Aasee, Mensa 1, zum 1.7.! 198 € all inklusive (Strom, Wasser, Gas, Internet, also Flat). Große Küche, Waschmaschine und Trockner vorhanden. Im Zimmer ist auch ein Waschbecken und Spiegel, ebenfalls ein Schrank für Klamotten.
1 min zum Aasee (Fußweg), Bushaltestelle fast vor der Tür, Dönerladen auch. Zum Bahnhof fahren alle 10 min Busse, Dauer höchstens 10 min. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es viele, z.B. Edeka am Aaseemarkt, Kaufpark an der Geiststraße oder Weselerstraße. Ruhige Lage, keine lauten Nachbarn oder sonstiges. Das Caef Global ist direkt um die Ecke.
6 Monate muss man mindestens darin wohnen, danach 3 Monate Kündigungsfrist. Es dürfen keine Haustiere gehalten werden. Vermieter sind sehr nett. Es gibt 2 Badezimmer in einem Gang, wo ca. 5 Zimmer sind. Die Küche ist groß, ich hatte nie Schwierigkeiten, aus Platzmangel kein Essen machen zu können. Es gibt 4 Herplatten und 2 Backöfen, eine Mikrowelle.
