Hallo zusammen,
Ich suche spontan zum 01.05 Nachmieter*innen für meine wunderschöne Wohnung. Das Highlight sind auf jeden Fall die beiden Balkone ☺️
Die Wohnung liegt super zentral am Schloss und man ist in wenigen Minuten zum Einkaufen am York-Center oder in der Stadt. Sie ist sowohl für eine Einzelperson, ein Paar oder als WG geeignet.
Neben der Einbauküche lasse ich auch noch weitere Möbel in der Wohnung, für die ich einen Abschlag in Höhe von 1,500€ haben möchte.
Ich freue mich von Euch zu hören, auch wenn es sehr spontan ist.
