Unsere wunderschöne Wohnung steht für maximal sechs Wochen für eine Zwischenmiete bereit. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und spannend geschnitten. Über den langen Flur kommt ihr in das Wohnzimmer und von dort auf den Balkon, der eigentlich schon fast eine Dachterrasse ist...natürlich mit Südausrichtung ;).
Die Wohnung ist vollständig möbiliert. Bad und Toilette sind getrennt.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Ludgerikreisel. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es zu genüge in der Hammerstr. Der Aasee und die Innenstadt fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Mit dem Rad braucht ihr ungefähr sieben Minuten bis zum Bahnhof
Der Wohnzeitraum ist flexibel. Auch wenn ihr für einen kürzeren Zeitraum was braucht meldet euch gerne. Flexibel ist auch der Preis. Wir zahlen warm knapp 1.000 Euro (all in) und würden uns freuen, wenn wir für alle einen fairen Deal finden.
