Wir suchen Nachmieter für unsere wunderschöne Altbauwohnung im Kreuzviertel in bester Lage - in 100 m erreicht man die Promenade.
Die Wohnung umfasst ein Schlafzimmer, ein sehr großes Wohnzimmer, Küche, Tageslichtbad sowie einen kleinen Abstellraum in der Wohnung und ein Kellerabteil.
Aufgrund des Zuschnitts der Wohnung ist sie nicht WG-geeignet.
Ein Abschlag müsste bei Übernahme für die Küche gezahlt werden: Marke Nobilia Lux, inkl. Elektrogeräte (Kühlschrank, Herd mit Backofen von AEG, Spülmaschine von AEG). Sofa und Waschmaschine VB.
