Gemütliche 2-Zimmer Wohnung frei für einen Monat

Hi lieber Mensch,
da ich für genau einen Monat in Köln wohnen werde, vermiete ich für diesen Zeitraum meine gemütliche 2-Zimmer Wohnung im 1. Stock in der Weserstraße in Münster. Falls du die Wohnung schon eine Woche vor dem angegebenen Datum beziehen möchtest und/oder eine Woche länger bleiben magst, können wir das auch einrichten.

Die Wohnung besteht aus einer Wohnküche und einem Schlafzimmer, jeweils mit einem großen Fenster. Das Badezimmer ist über den Hausflur erreichbar und du teilst es dir mit Maren, die direkt gegenüber auf der Etage wohnt. Den besten Eindruck bekommst du über die Fotos. Es gibt im Keller eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner, den du benutzen kannst und die Möglichkeit Wäsche aufzuhängen.

Von unserer Haustür aus ist es maximal eine Minute zu Fuß bis zum Kanal und ca. 5 Minuten zum nächsten Rewe, Netto und Rossmann. Mit dem Fahrrad bist du innerhalb von 10 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof oder Hansaring und wie alles in Münster ist auch sonst nichts wirklich weit weg, auch wenn uns gelegentlich gesagt wird, wir würden „voll außerhalb“ wohnen. Dafür bist du direkt im Grünen, sobald du von hier aus den Kanal überquerst.

Klingt passend für dich?
Dann wäre es cool, wenn folgende Dinge auch dich zutreffen:
- du bist ein herzlicher, entspannter Mensch
- du magst Ordnung und Sauberkeit
- du findest es okay, dass gegenüber eine Hündin wohnt, hast aber selber kein Haustier

Zur Transparenz: eigentlich zahle ich warm nur ca. 370€ für die Wohnung. Da ich mir in Köln aber ein teureres Zimmer leisten muss, würde ich mir von dir deswegen 450€ wünschen.

Hi,
Since I will be living in Cologne for one month, I am renting out my cozy 2-room apartment on the 1st floor on Weserstrasse in Münster for this period. If you would like to move into the apartment a week before the specified date and/or stay a week longer, we can arrange that too.

The apartment consists of a kitchen-living room and a bedroom, each with a large window. The bathroom is accessible via the hallway and you share it with Maren, who lives directly opposite on the floor. You'll get the best impression from the photos. There is a washing machine and a dryer in the basement that you can use and the possibility to hang up laundry.

From our front door it's a minute's walk to the canal and about 5 minutes to the nearest Rewe, Netto and Rossmann. By bike you can be at the main train station or Hansaring within 10 minutes and like everything else in Münster, nothing else is really that far away, even if we are occasionally told that we live “far outside”. But you are directly in nature as soon as you cross the canal from here.

Then it would be cool if the following things also applied to you:
- you are a warm, relaxed person
- you like it clean and tidy
- you find it okay that a dog lives with your direct flat-neighbor, but you don't have a pet yourself

For transparency: I actually only pay around €370 for the apartment. Since I have to afford a more expensive room in Cologne, I would like €450 from you.
