wir tauschen unsere wunderschöne und moderne 3 Zimmer Wohnung (70 Quadratmeter, 950 Euro warm) im Herz Jesu Viertel (Nähe Wolbeker Str., Nähe Kanal) gegen eine etwas größere 3-4 Zimmerwohnung mit Balkon o. Terasse (max. 1500 Euro warm). Die zukünftige Wohnung sollte zentral liegen (Herz Jesu, Mauritz, Hansa, Centrum, Kreuzvierzel, Pluggendor, Aaseestadt) und idealerweise ein Tageslichtbad besitzen. Unsere jetzige Wohnung ist neu und top ausgestattet und für den Preis und den Ausblick unschlagbar :-). Wir möchten uns nur auf lange Sicht vergrößern. Zeitpunkt flexibel.
