I am moving out of my apartment on the 30th May. The apartment is located in a quiet part of Münster with good public transport, off road parking and secure bicycle storage.
The apartment is spacious and I am looking for the new tenant to also buy my furniture from me. The apartment is fully furnished and recently decorated. It comes with a small separate kitchen, hallway, bathroom with shower and spacious balcony.
It also comes with storage in the basement and hallway. The monthly rent cold is 408 EURO. I also pay 30 Electricity and I do not have WLAN as I use my own internet however, I have two WLAN routers which can easily be connected.
My german is not so good so responses in English would be much appreciated!
Rent - 408

Deposit - 400 approx (can be paid over the course of a few months)

I live in a really quiet neighbourhood with a small local park a minutes walk away and 5 minutes walk from the large HIT Market.
The bus which runs from the city centre to Brunnenweg is around 15 minutes and a further 6 minutes into Hiltrip. The walk from the bus stop to the apartment is around 1 minute.
You can also bike to bahnoff in around 12 minutes and there is also local shops and supermarkets.
