Schöne helle 2 Zimmer Wohnung. Die Küche ist groß und muss für einen Abschlag übernommen werden. Man kann diesen Raum super nutzen für Abende mit Gästen. Das Bad hat normale Größe mit einer Dusche. Das Wohnzimmer kann vom Flur und von der Küche betreten werden, diesen Zugang zur Küche kann man aber mit einer Tür sperren.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral am Hoppelndem (Pluggendorf). Von hier sind es keine 5 Minuten zu den Aasee-Kugeln zu Fuss. Die Stadt liegt also auch keine 7-8 Minuten entfernt. Man findet hier immer einen Parkplatz (kostenlos). Wenn es hier auf einmal sehr voll wird, kann man ohne Probleme am Aaseerand (kostenlos) parken.
Die Küche muss wie schon gesagt übernommen werden. Kabel tv ist vorhanden und die Internetleitung ist ohne Probleme zu gebrauchen. Die Nachbarn sind super und man kann im Garten gern auch ein Bier zusammen trinken. Hausflurreinigung, Gartenservice und Müllabfuhr ist alles in den NK inbegriffen.
