Hi :)
Wir sind Nicole und Maik und bieten unsere Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete an (01.09.2023 - 31.01.2024), da wir uns zur gleichen Zeit im Ausland befinden oder ein Praktikum machen.
Die Wohnung hat zwei Zimmer, die ungefähr gleich groß sind. Dazu eine schöne und gut eingerichtete Küche, ein kleines Bad (mit Wanne) und eine kleine Abstellkammer.

We are Nicole and Maik and offer out flat for interim rental (01.09.2023 - 31.01.2024) because we are, at the same time, abroad or doing an internship.
The flat has two rooms which are approx. the same size. We have a nice and well-equipped kitchen, a small bathroom (with bathtub) and a small storage room.
Die Wohnung liegt ziemlich zentral, mit einem Rewe direkt gegenüber und mit dem Fahrrad ca. 5 min in die Innenstadt, an dem Aasee und an dem Kanal. Alles andere ist auch so ziemlich in der Nähe, z.B. ein Fitnessstudio, Bäckereien, Märkte, etc. ÖPNV ist hier auch gut zu erreichen mit ca. 2min Fußweg.
The flat is located near the city center, a supermarket is directly on the other side of the street. As well, you can reach the city center in 5min by bike, the Aasee lake is also this close. Everything else why you may need is also close by (a gym, bakeries, markets, and so on). Also, you can reach the next bus stop 2min by foot.
Wenn ihr bereits zu zweit seid, werdet ihr bevorzugt. Alles Weitere können wir dann besprechen, wenn wir uns treffen. Schreibt doch gerne direkt, ob ihr uns persönlich besuchen kommt oder per Zoom treffen wollt. Die Wohnung bekommt ihr quasi vollausgestattet überlassen, im Gegenzug bitten wir euch, gut mit den Möbeln und Gegenständen umzugehen.
Schreibt uns doch gerne ein wenig über euch und wieso ihr die Wohnung haben möchtet.

When you are already two people, you will be favored of course. We can talk about everything else, when we meet. Please indicate in the message already, whether you will be able to visit us in person or whether you want to meet per Zoom. We will leave almost the entire inventory in the flat, so we ask you kindly to treat it well.
