Die Wohnung verfügt über drei Zimmer, ein Schlafzimmer mit großem Doppelbett, das zweite ist Ankleidezimmer und mit einem kompletten Home-Office ausgestattet (Könnte im Fall einer WG Nutzung auch als zweites Schlafzimmer genutzt werden) und ein Wohnzimmer. Es gibt ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Dusche und eine voll ausgestattete Küche.
Es werden hochwertige elektronische Geräte wie Smart TV, Waschmaschine, Wäschetrockner, Geschirrspüler, Kaffeevollautomat, Mikrowelle und Backofen zur Verfügung gestellt. Der Glasfaser-Internetanschluss mit 500 Mbit ermöglicht super schnelle Downloads und sehr geringe Latenzen.
Smart-Home-Technologie für Licht, Heizung, Türen, Strom und eine Alarmanlage können ebenfalls diskutiert werden.
Es gibt einen großen Abstellraum in der Wohnung und kostenlose Parkplätze auf der Straße vor dem Gebäude.

I am offering for all-inclusive rent my fully furnished apartment (75 qm²) in the conveniently located Neu-Isenburg Westend for a fixed one-year term from August 2024 to August 2025.
The apartment has three rooms, one bedroom with a large double bed, the second is equipped with a dressing room and a complete home office and a living room. There is a bathroom with bath and shower and a fully fitted kitchen.
The apartment comes with high quality electronic devices, Smart TV’s, washing machine, clothes dryer, dishwasher, automated coffee machine, microwave and oven.
The fiber optic Internet connection with 500 Mbit enables super fast downloads and very low latencies.
Smart home technology for lights, heating, doors, electricity, and an alarm system can also be discussed.
There is a large storage room in the apartment and free parking on the street in front of the building.
Das Objekt liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend in Neu-Isenburg mit viel Auswahl in unmittelbarer Umgebung.
Zu Fuß erreichen Sie Restaurants, Cafés, Bäckereien, Supermärkte und Ärzte. Außerdem gibt es verschiedene Grün- und Parkanlagen und weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Zum internationalen Flughafen (FRA) sind es ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto und es gibt einen direkten Bus.

Neu-Isenburg is located directly on the Frankfurt city forest and you can reach Frankfurt city center by tram (Straßenbahn) and S-Bahn in about 10 minutes, or by bike in about 20 minutes.
There are also other bus routes.
