Hallo,
ich suche zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Nachmieter für meine 2-Zimmer-Erdgeschosswohnung mit Balkon.
Sie wurde im Februar komplett renoviert, hat ein neues Badezimmer, einen neuen Boden (Fliesen in Küche und Bad, PVC im Gang, Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer) und neue Fenster.
Das Bad hat Fenster und eine Badewanne sowie ausreichend Platz für eine Waschmaschine.
Zur Wohnung gehört außerdem ein Kellerabteil.
Parkplätze gibt es ausreichend, bei Bedarf sind aber auch Anwohnerparkplätze vorhanden.
Die Küche gehört nicht zur Wohnung, muss daher für 350,-€ von mir übernommen werden.
Eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist nur 280m entfernt, ca. 3-4min Laufweg.
Besichtigungen sind auf Anfrage gerne möglich.
