Ich bin der derzeitige Mieter, ziehe aber am 15. Oktober nach Muenchen. Die Wohnung ist im Erdgeschoss und hat ca. 50qm und ein kleines Kellerabteil. Das Haus ist nicht sehr alt, deswegen auch ordentlich isoliert. Kueche und Bad sind relativ klein. Eine Einbauküche gehört zu Wohnung. International students are appreciated and welcome =)The apartment is located right next to St. Peter dormitory, and only 15 minutes away from the Technichse Hohschule Nuernberg.

Sehr gute Anbindung an die oeffentlichen Verkehrsmittel (S-Bahn, Tram, Bus in 5 min., Hauptbahnhof in 15min. zu Fuss erreichbar). Gelegen an einer Fussgaengerzone auf der einen Seite, auf der anderen Seite eine Strasse. Gegenueber befindet sich ein grosses Studentenwohnheim und ein kleiner Park/Bolzplatz/Spielplatz. Vor dem Haus gibt es massig Fahrradstaender.
Schreibt mir am besten einfach mal eine Nachricht. Wuerde sagen, wir verabreden uns auf eine Besichtigung.
