Die Wohnung ist 55qm groß, darunter 25qm Wohnzimmer und 10qm Schlafzimmer, der Rest ist Bad, Küche und Flur. Bietet also Platz für Singles oder Pärchen.
Die Wohnung ist frisch gestrichen und gleich bewohnbar. Habe selbst erst im November viel Arbeit reingesteckt.
Im Schlafzimmer steht ein großes Doppelbett und der Schreibtisch am Fenster. Hier müsste sich allerdings selbst um eine Matratze gekümmert werden, die fehlt...
Das Tageslicht-Badezimmer verfügt über eine Badewanne und eine Waschmaschine.
Im hellen Wohnzimmer steht ein großer Esstisch und ein gemütliches Sofa.

Gostenhof/Bärenschanze ist sehr beliebt bei Studenten und jungen Leuten.
Ein multikulti Stadtteil in dem man alles findet was das Herz begehrt.
Die U-Bahn Haltestelle ist 4 min zu Fuß entfernt, damit braucht man 5 min bis in die Innenstadt und grade einmal 15 min bis zur Messe.
Die Anbindung nach Erlangen oder Herzo ist sehr praktisch, da man direkt auf den Frankschnellweg fahren kann und in 20 min da ist.
Gostenhof/Bärenschanze is a great neighborhood for young people. Multicultural place, where you’ll find everything you need for daily life.
Subway is 4 min walk.
Erlangen/Herzogenaurach is 20 min by car.

Ich gehe im April für einen Monat ins Ausland und vermiete deshalb meine Wohnung möbliert. Die Möbel sind alle sehr hochwertig und modern zusammen komponiert. Das Bett habe ich selbst gebaut. Ich werde ab Mai wieder da sein.
I am going abroad for a month, therefore I rent my flat furnished for this period. The furniture is high quality. I build the bed by myself. I will be back in May.
