The apartment is located in a new building with an elevator, underground parking, nice garden with a barbecue facilities (in warm periods). Fitness rooms and sauna with solarium are also available in the building. The office of the landlord is on the ground floor and is available in case of any questions.

The apartment has a great location. 1,5 minutes walking to the Rathenauplatz metro station and bus and tram stops. 1,5 minutes walking to REWE, DM and Penny-Markt supermarkets.
Located in the city center - north part of the old town. 9 minutes walking (800 m) to Hauptmarkt and 12 minutes walking (1,1 km) to the St. Lorenz Kirche.
Also very close to student cafeteria Mensa - 4 minutes walking.
Right across from the Friedrich Alexander University Erlangen-Nuremberg WiSo Lange Gasse building (less than 100 m).
As I am leaving Nuremberg for 1,5 months, I am looking for someone to rent it during that time slot (01 March 2014 - 15 April 2014), but I am also ready to rent it for the two months (01 March - 31 April), if it is what suits you more. So the date in April is flexible.
