Hi,
We are travelling for a month and hence want to sublet our pretty apartment to somebody nice. The house is very close to the U Bahn Rathenauplatz, REWE and many restaurants. It also has a very nice balcony and very well lit living and bedroom. We have kept the house very clean and hope to find somebody who would also keep it in good condition. The house is also close to Stadtpark and Wohrder Wiese if you would like to stroll in the park. The apartment is well furnished.

House is location very close to Rathenauplatz U bahn station. It is also very close to REWE, Penny, DM and many other restaurants. City center is just 5-7 mins walk from the apartment. Tram station is also very close by. There are two big parks near the house for all the nature lovers.
The house is fully furnished and ready to move in. There is already wifi in the house so you can use the internet.
