Die Wohnung befindet sich im 6.Stock (mit Aufzug) ist voll möbliert und komplett ausgestattet. Die Wohnung hat ein großes Schlafzimmer mit 1.40m Bett, einem Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche, Wannenbad mit Waschmaschine, Flur und einen großen Balkon.
I travel for 7 weeks and look for an intermediate tenant for my beautiful, bright, well situated 2-room apartment.
The apartment is on the 6th floor (with elevator) is fully furnished and fully equipped. The apartment has a large bedroom with 1.40m bed, a living room with open kitchen, bath with washing machine, hallway and a large balcony.
Die Wohnung ist zentral und ruhig im Stadtteil St. Johannis gelegen.
In ca. 2 Minuten Entfernung befindet sich die U-Bahn Haltestelle Friedrich-Ebert-Platz, von wo aus man in weniger als 10 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof Nürnberg fährt. Desweiteren gibt es noch die Straßenbahnlinie 4 sowie einige Buslinien.
Supermärkte, Bäcker, eine Apotheke, Drogerien und sonstige Geschäfte die für den Alltag nützlich sind, befinden sich direkt vor der Tür.
Schöne Kneipen und Restaurants gibt es zu genüge und die Altstadt ist in weniger als 15 Min zu Fuß erreichbar.
The apartment is centrally and quietly located in the St. Johanis district.
The underground station Friedrich-Ebert-Platz is about 2 minutes away, from where you can get to Nuremberg main station in less than 10 minutes. Furthermore there is the tram line 4 as well as some bus lines.
Supermarkets, bakeries, a pharmacy, drugstores and other shops that are useful for everyday life are right in front of the door.
There are plenty of nice pubs and restaurants and the old town is less than 15 minutes walk away.
