Shared Apartment with a big private room and a balcony

It is just 1 minute away from tram connectivity both towards doku zentrum and nuremberg hbf . It is just 7 mins by tram to nuremberg hbf. And connectivity is very often. It is located at baldurstrasse , nuremberg. It is very peaceful and cute area.

I am leaving out by 31st may and hence i need to give details to landlord as soon as possible.
for this i need your - ID, your working contract confirmation , your financial statement(confidential) this is just to confirm that you can pay your rent on time. Usually its by 3rd of month.
Since i am working in labs whole time , i will be able to view the apartment over call , or if you want in person viewing you are welcome over weekend.
