Die Wohnung verfügt über einen kleinen französischen Balkon, einen sonnigen Balkon auf der Schlafzimmerseite, ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer und eine vollausgestattete Küche mit Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler.
I am renting out my 3-room flat for the period from 24.8. to 25.9. to a trustworthy person. I will lock one room for my personal belongings if necessary. The move-out can be arranged flexibly.
The flat has a small French balcony, a sunny balcony on the bedroom side, a cosy living room and a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher.

Sehr gute Verkehranbindung durch die S-Bahnlinien S1,S2,S8,S9, durch die man in 11 Minuten an der Konstablerwache in Frankfurt ist, in 15 Minuten am Hbf. Zur S-Bahnstation Offenbach Marktplatz läuft man 7 Minuten. Mit dem Fahrrad kann man direkt am Main entlang fahren und benötigt etwa 20 Minuten in die Innenstadt.
Im Hafenzentrum nur unweit der Wohnung entfernt gibt es einen Rewe und einen DM, sowie einen Alnatura. In der Umgebung finden sich aber auch zahlreiche andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Netto, Lidl, Tegut, Aldi).
Very good transport links via the S-Bahn lines S1,S2,S8,S9, which take you to the Konstablerwache in Frankfurt in 11 minutes and to the main railway station in 15 minutes. The Offenbach Marktplatz S-Bahn station is a 7-minute walk away. You can cycle directly along the Main and need about 20 minutes to the city centre.
In the harbour centre, not far from the flat, there is a Rewe and a DM, as well as an Alnatura. There are also numerous other shopping facilities in the vicinity (Netto, Lidl, Tegut, Aldi).
Es ergibt sich noch, welches der zwei Schlafzimmer gebraucht wird, bzw. für meine Unterlagen ggf. verschlossen wird.
It remains to be seen which of the two bedrooms will be used or, if necessary, closed off for my documents.
