I am leaving my 3room shared flat, on earliest possible date. There is possibility to use kitchen, bathroom and independent toilet. They are all in good condition and easy to use. Long corridor area and also big living room suitable for spending time. In the kitchen there are cattle, dishwasher and big fridge and good area to use it even together with your flat mates.

Apartment is very good located and has its own parking area also for the bikes. Bus stop even seen from the windows and it is 1-2 mins by walking every 15mins bus coming in the normal cases.
There are Edeka and Lidl markets nearby the house. Edeka is 6-7 mins by walk.
I am having bed, table, chair, 2 little commodes and 1 big chest of drawers. I have also one 2 doors wardrobe in my room. All of the furniture are in very good condition and open to sell. I think we could have a good deal about them.
If you want to move to the flat, you are gonna have 2 flat mates David and Luigi. David is working and Luigi is studying in Oldenburg for a short term.
I am normally suitable most of the time but preferable days are Monday afternoon and Wednesday all day. We can talk on that point.
