I am looking for new tendants for the beautiful, furnished and 77 m² big 2-bedroom apartment that I am currently living in with my boyfriend.
And by furnished I mean furnished! It has
-Two bedrooms with Beds with covers and linens, wardrobe and desks
-a kitchen with fridge, stove and oven, microwave, everything you need for cooking - you won't starve
-a washingmashine and three drying racks -so you never run out of clothes,
-furnished bathroom with a new installed shower including towels and an extra room for the toilet
-a comfy and spacious living room with great lighting, space for some friends to come over and a couch for TV evenings
So everything you will need for you time in Riga is here!
The apartment is located next to the Gertrudes Chruch on Brivibas iela - so you have everything around the corner:
-Public transport (Old town 2 minutes, LU 5 Min, RSU 22 Min)
-Grocery stores (2 Maximas, 2 Rimis, Lats in 5 minutes walking distances)
-Great cafés and restaurants around the corner (Stockpot, Muffins and more and of course 3 Cafeeines)
- Shopping (Humana, Kilomax, Tiger, Gallerija Riga)
You have the whole center Riga experience without the noise thanks to a yard inbetween you and the street.
We will be leaving back to Germany on the 22nd of December, that is when the aparment can be your home- for short or longterm.
You should be two of you- friends, couple, collegues...
The price is 700 € plus electricity (around 20 Euros a month) for the whole apartment.
