The quadruple room in the private three-bedroom apartment, with the original design and lighting, very comfortable.
Our house is situated in the cozy neighborhood of San Giovanni, a short walk from the Metro Line A, San Giovanni. It is only 3 metro stops from Termini station and just 5 minute’s walk from the beautiful Basilica of St. John Lateran. You can also walk on foot to the Colosseum.
It has 3 bedrooms with a shared bathroom and kitchen.
We offer our guests a double, a triple and a quadruple rooms with free WiFi and TV. The rooms are very bright and comfortable.
Our house is located near the metro line A “San Giovanni”
From Fiumicino «Leonardo Da Vinci» and Ciampino airports: 35-40 min
by bus to Termini station, then by metro line A, for 3 stops, exit San Giovanni.
From Termini Station: 5-7 min by metro line A, 3 stops, exit “San Giovanni”.
We explain to our guests on a place how to use our house. Welcome tea and café.
The kitchen is available to guests during the day, at night, not allowed to use the kitchen.
Children older than 7 years
We have a private house and we ask our guests to keep it clean and tidy. Noise after 10 pm, alcohol and drugs, drive strangers into the house without notice as and open the door to strangers are prohibited . We provide our guests with the keys to their rooms which they must return to the time of departure, and ask guests to watch their personal belongings.
Please do not forget to contact us in 2-3 days prior to arrival to confirm your arrival time!
