Die Miete und Kaution sind verhandelbar, am wichtigsten für mich ist, jemanden zu finden, der sich gut um die Wohnung kümmert, während ich weg bin. Mietzeitraum ist auch flexibel.

The Apartment is 2 mins walk form Rosdorf shopping center. Bus stop (61 last stop), 2 mins from Apartment.
Rent and Deposits are negotiable. Most important for me, is to have someone who takes good care of the apartment while I am away.
