Die Wohnung hat ein Wohnzimmer, ein Badezimmer, eine Küche und 2 Schlafzimmer. Wir suchen nach einem Pärchen, eine kleine Familie oder 2 Leuten für eine WG. Die Wohnung wird möbliert vermietet.
Das Badezimmer hat eine große Dusche, eine Spülmaschine und ist lichtdurchflutet. Highlight ist das große Wohnzimmer mit der Couch, dem Esstisch und dem Fernseher. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung durch die großen Fenster sehr hell. Die Schlafzimmer sind mit einem Bett, einem Schreibtisch und einem Schrank ausgestattet, sie sind allerdings nicht ganz gleich groß.
Im Haus sind keine weiteren WGs, die Hausgemeinschaft ist ruhig und sehr freundlich. Die Straße vor der Haustür ist eine Anliegerstraße, also fahren dort relativ wenig Autos lang.
The appartment consists of one living room, a bathroom, a kitchen and two bedrooms. So we are looking for two people for the flat who want to rent it together. The bathroom has a nice big shower and a washing maschine. Highlight is the spacious living room with a sofa and a dinning table as well as the TV. The whole flat is bright because of the many windows in each room. The kitchen consists of everything you need like a fridge, an oven and a stove. The two bed rooms are fully equiped with a bed, a closet and a desk. One room is a little bigger than the other but both are nice to live in.
The neighbours are nice and quite, there is no other WG in the house. The road infront of the house is not very busy and therefore not very noisy.
Die Wohnung liegt im Stadtzentrum, in 3-4min erreicht man die Tramstation „Neuer Markt“. Der neue Markt an sich ist schon direkt im Stadtkern, am Rathaus und Tor zur Flaniermeile. Die Altstadt ist auch nur 3 Minuten entfernt und lädt zu schönen Spaziergängen ein. Die Warnow befindet sich nur 2Min nördlich und ein Supermarkt ist sogar in der selben Straße, keine Minute entfernt.
Auch einige Unigebäude befinden sich ganz in der Nähe.
The appartment is located in the city center, 3-4min by foot to the tram station "Neuer Markt". The "Neuer Markt" is also the entrance to the main street of the city and the the town hall. The old town is not far away either, maybe 3 min. There is a supermarket in the same street (1min) and the local river "Warnow" is only 2min north of the appartment. Depending on your subject you might be lucky to have some seminars at the "Neuer Markt", all other locations can be easily reached by bike or tram. After university you can also find a few bars nearby. Or you take the night bus which stops right around the corner.
Die Fotos sind noch nicht ganz aktuell, besonders im Bezug auf das eine Schlafzimmer. Da stehen auch schon Möbel drin.
Die Nebenkosten sind eine Hochrechnung und hängen vom Verbrauch ab. Wir stellen das Internet und können den aktuellen Stromvertrag gern weiterführen.
