We (Sabrina & Lara) are looking for two nice girls who want to stay in Salzburg from February until October 2016. That’s the time when we are doing our Erasmus exchange semester in another country, so we want to let our flat.
The flat has 64 m2 and is perfectly furnished. It has a separated toilette and bathroom, two bedrooms, an open, fully equipped kitchen and a living room as well a balcony and a garden. The next bus station is 8 minutes by walking and you can walk to the city centre in 15 minutes.
We are looking for someone clean and nice, who we can trust with our furniture. Your neighbours above are two very nice boys who will help you wherever they can.
One room has 12 m2 and costs 420€ per month.
The other one has 20 m2 and costs 470€ per month.
You also pay about 15€ per month each for energy.
Internet is about 5€ per month, if you want it.
We are excited to hear from you! Of course you can also write us if you’re coming alone, I’m sure we’ll find someone nice to share the flat with!

Wir (Sabrina & Lara) suchen zwei nette Mädels, die von Februar bis Oktober 2016 in Salzburg eine Wohnung brauchen. Das ist die Zeit, in der wir beide ein Auslandssemester machen werden, daher wollen wir unsere Wohnung vermieten.
Die gesamte Wohnung hat 64 qm und ist voll möbliert. Bad und Toilette sind getrennt, es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer, eine offene, voll ausgestattete Küche und ein Wohnzimmer mit Balkon und Garten. Die nächste Bus Station ist 8 Gehminuten entfernt und bis zum Stadtzentrum sind es etwa 15 Gehminuten.
Wir suchen nette und vor allem saubere Untermieter, denen wir unsere Möbel anvertrauen können. In der Wohnung über uns wohnen zwei Jungs, die euch jederzeit zur Hilfe bereit stehen.
Ein Zimmer hat 12 qm und kostet 420€ im Monat.
Das zweite Zimmer hat 20 qm und kostet 470€ im Monat.
Außerdem fallen 15€ Stromkosten pro Person an.
Das Internet könnt ihr für 5€ im Monat gerne benützen.
Wir freuen uns sehr über alle Anfragen! Falls ihr alleine eine Wohnung sucht, ist das auch kein Problem, wir finden gemeinsam bestimmt eine nette Mitbewohnerin!
