I will be leaving my 2.5 room apartment with a private garage in January 2022 to go on exchange. I am looking for a subtenant for my fully furnished 2.5 room apartment from January until June 2022 (or by agreement).
The flat is very bright and situated in an extremely quiet neighbourhood. Furthermore, the apartment is located directly at the bus station Fähnernstrasse (Bus 10). A 5 min walk away from the bus stop Rotmonten with a direct bus to uni (Bus 5) and the S21, which allows getting to the train station in 5 min.
The apartment comes with a fully furnished kitchen (incl. dishwasher), a private garden, Apple TV and fast internet (10 Gbit/s). The rent for the flat is 1090.- per month (not incl. utilities), and the private garage is 120.- per month.

Ich werde meine 2,5-Zimmer-Wohnung mit privater Garage im Januar 2022 verlassen, um in den Austausch zu gehen. Ich suche einen Untermieter für meine möblierte 2.5-Zimmer-Wohnung von Januar bis Juni 2022 (oder nach Vereinbarung).
Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und liegt in einer extrem ruhigen Gegend. Ausserdem befindet sie sich direkt an der Bushaltestelle Fähnernstrasse (Bus 10). Die Bushaltestelle Rotmonten mit direktem Anschluss zur Uni (Bus 5) und die S21, mit der man in 5 Minuten am Bahnhof ist, sind nur 5 Minuten zu Fuss entfernt.
Die Wohnung verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche (inkl. Geschirrspüler), einen privaten Garten, Apple TV und schnelles Internet (10 Gbit/s). Die Miete für die Wohnung beträgt 1090.- pro Monat (exkl. Nebenkosten), und die private Garage kostet 120.- pro Monat.
