Since we are leaving SG this summer, this gorgeous apartment will be available from August on.
The apartment is 1450 franca before charges (10.-/month). It has three bedrooms, one living room, one kitchen and one bathroom and is already fully equipped with furniture! It has a very sunny balcony, excellent heating and is very quiet.
Die ist gut gelegen in der Unterstrasse 34: 5' vom Bahnhof, Neumarkt und der Altstadt entfernt. Auch 2' entfernt von den zwei Buslinien, die Sie zur Universität führen. Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr ruhig und freundlich. Das Appartement ist nach Süden ausgerichtet, so dass wir viel Sonne haben!
It is well located at Unterstrasse 34: 5´ from the train station, Neumarkt and the old town. Also 2´ away from the two bus lines which will lead you to the university. The neighborhood is very calm and friendly. The appartement is oriented to the South so we have a lot of sun!
Ausserdem gibt es eine Waschmaschine und einen Tumbler, einen Keller und eine Fahrradgarage.
