Me and my flatmate are leaving our house at the same time on the 1st of August and we are looking for someone to pass the torch.
The house is suitable both for a WG with two people or for a couple. It has 3 rooms, which we use as a living room and two bedrooms, but the next arrangement is up to you.

It is super located, the bus 82 is just at the corner, the 81 in a 5min walk, and the S bahn Vaihingen/Osterfeld/Universitat at max 15 min walk. Nightbus stops at the corner as well. 5min from Schwabengalerie, with many shopping possibilities.
We are leaving the furniture in the house, we have made an estimate of 300Eur for the living room and kitchen (includes sofas, washing machine, dinner table and kitchen utensils) and another 300Eur for the big room (book shelf+sofa+wardrobe+bed).
The Sonstige Kosten include the TV fee, the internet and electricity contracts which should be passed on.
There is no provision.
