Die Wohnung hat 1 Schlafzimmer mit 2,30m Bett, 1 großes Arbeitszimmer mit Gästebett, 1 großes Wohnzimmer mit Ausziehsofa, 1 Esszimmer. Küche, Bad mit Badewanne, separates WC. Kellerraum, Garagenmitbenutzung für's Fahrrad...alles da!
Wir können unsere Fahrräder verleihen und/oder Auto vermieten!
In der Oberen Wohnung wohnt eine sehr nette hilfsbereite junge Familie.
Wenn eine weitere Person mitkommt, zahlt sie auch 400€ + zusammen die Nebenkosten. Wir zahlen 1000€ warm.
Selbstredend möchten wir unsere Wohnung nur in achtsame, vertrauensvolle Hände geben.

We'll travle, so our beautiful, bright, cosy and silent flat with garden and everything you need will be free. Including a perfect view of the "Wurmlinger Kapelle".
There are 4 rooms: 1 bedroom with 2,30m bed; 1 Working room with guest bed; 1 big livingroom with sleepingsofa, 1 dinnerroom, a kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet. A garage for bikes and everything you need...
You may can lent our bikes and/or rent our car!
If there is a second person he/she will pay also 400€ + extra costs. We are paying 1000€/month.
Of course we want someone trustful and conciouse for our flat.

Hirschau ist perfekt! Es hat eine superschöne flache Fahrradstrecke am Fluss entlang in die Stadt (15 min). Es hat einen See, den Fluss und den Spitzberg. Wir sind in der letzten Straße zum Kapellenberg - also auch gelegen super für Naturfans.
Die Bushaltestelle ist 3 Min entfernt und in 9 Minuten (3Stationen) ist man am Hauptbahnhof. Busse fahren alle 15Min.

Hirschau is perfect! It is eays to go by bike into the city - on the beautiful riverside (no mountains to cross). It has a lake, the river and we are living some houses away from the "Kapellenberg" - so super nice for nature fans, too.
You'll easily reach the busstation in 3 minutes walk. Busses every 15 min and 9 Min until the main station (3 stops).
Die Wohnung ist auch ideal für Familien - Spielecke ist im Wohnzimmer vorhanden - falls erwünscht, ist sie auch schnell weggeräumt.

The flat is also ideal for families - a playcorner is already there - but can be removed quickly.
