Rent: 800 Euro/month if you're living alone and 830 if you're a couple, all included. Please note that the single price is approximately what I pay so far including all the water/electricity/internet/heating bills and should cover a reasonable usage of these supplies. All the contracts will remain under my name, so in case the bills turn out to be exceedingly high afterwards (if one lets the windows open for longer while the heaters are on in winter, for example), I will have to charge more.
Deposit: 1600 Euro (it comes fully furnished with my own furniture, and kitchen equipments from the landlord for which I paid deposit)
