The flat is 50m2, including 1 bedroom, 1 kitchen (sink, oven, 4 cooking plates, hood, cupboard ), 1 bathroom (bathtub, sink, toilets), 1 cellar, 1 big leaving room and hallway/entrance.
There is a nice terrace oriented south/west with sun coming in the flat in the morning and during afternoon. Washing machine downstairs with coins. There is another cellar downstairs where bikes can be easily stored along other stuff as some shelves will stay in. There is also a parking spot with the flat.
Price: 690e cold rent + 130e for garbage, water, staircase cleaning and garden maintenance + electricity and heating are extra cost ( I didn’t stay long enough to give a scaled bill)
No pet allowed and long stay are mandatory as the landlady will choose the candidate according to those points.
I would like the tenant to take over on 1st December.
The flat is rented empty, No furniture will be furnished (except kitchen).
Visit online is possible otherwise, visit on 16 and 17 November could be arrange.
