Nachmieter gesucht in Wedding: Allein oder WG!

Suche Nachmieter für meine Ruhige Wohnung im Wedding. Eure chance auf eine eigene wohnung in berlin!
Super für Päärchen, kleine WGs oder auch alleine!


Die Zimmer sind beide ca. 20m² groß. Ein zimmer hat einen kleinen Balkon, dass andere hat einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank. Es gibt 1 kleines Bad und eine kleine Küche, welche mit einem kleinen Esszimmer verbunden ist. Das kleine 'Esszimmer' kann natürlich auch anderweitig genutzt werden.

Es ist eine ruhige Wohnung, da sie im hinterhaus in Richtung eines Friedhofes liegt. Die verbindung zu den Öffis ist hier sehr gut, bus 5min laufweg, U8 Pankstr - 10min, s8/2/1/25 Bornholmer Str ebenfalls 10min.

Ihr braucht hier alle üblichen unterlagen die man in berlin braucht um HAUPTmieter zu werden (schufa (solicitar ahora) , einkommensnachweise etc. pp). Wenn ihr als WG direkt einziehen wollt, reicht es wenn einer von euch die Unterlagen bereitstellen kann.

I'm looking for someone to take over my apartment, because I'm going to move. Your chance for you own apartment in berlin! You may live here by yourself or move in as a WG.

There are two rooms, both about 20m² in size. One has a little balcony, the other one has walk- in closet. There's a small bathroom and a small kitchen - attached to the kitchen is a little dining room.

It's a quiet apartment in a busy area of berlin, because it is next to a grave yard. Also, you are well connected to public transport - u8 pankstr - 10mins walking - S8/1/2/25/85 Bornholmer Str 10min - Bus m25, 255 Soldiner Str. 5mins walk. Those lines take you to the hotspots of berlin within 25mins or less.

To be the next tenant you need the documents that are usually required for being a main tenant (schufa (solicitar ahora) , proof of employment, etc. ). If you want to move in as a WG it's sufficient if one of you can provide those documents.
