this is the perfect place for anyone studying or teaching at Musikhochschule, since its across the street. yes, you are allowed to play your instrument.
but its also perfect for anybody else who wishes to reside in the middle of the city, with EVERYTHING you need at your doorstep.
the place comes fully furnished and equipped so all you need is your suitcase !
And YES, we will prefer dog owners ! ( cats are ok too)

Ausgestattet mit allem was notwendig ist, ideal für Wien-newcomer,Pendler,Studenten (2 min von der Musikhochschule!-Instrument spielen erlaubt!)....
