Hi,
I’m looking for someone to take over my flat. It’s newly built, construction ended on January 2022. I was the first person to move into the flat. The flat is partly furnished and I want to leave all the furnish, for a price.
The apartment has a big loggia.
There is a lot of natural light, the apartment is facing southwest.
The flat is part of a condo, there are 2 common areas available, including a rooftop terrace, laundry room, rooftop gym and sauna.
The condo is located in front of the U2 DONAUMARINA, 10 min from the center (Schottentor).
The Donau river is 100 meters from the building, there are 2 bus connections, including airport bus, in front of the building.
BILLA and a tabak shop are on the other side of the street. Hofer is 5 min walk distance. Restaurant on the ground floor opening soon.
I am available all the time to provide pictures or videos and answer any questions.
Ideally I would like to leave the flat at the end of August.
All the furniture is in good condition, it includes:
- bed and mattress

- 2 chest drawer
- 1 table with 4 chairs
- 1 carpet
