Im August ist die Wohnung frei. Von der Wohnung siehst du direkt auf das Belvedere. Im hintergrund siehst du den Prater. Du kannst Möbel mit verwenden, wir können diese aber auch ausräumen. Es ist genug Platz für ein grosses Bett schreibtisch und einen Kasten. Über das grosse Wohnzimmer kommst du in dein Zimmer.

The flat is free in August. From the flat can see the Belvedere directly. In the Background you even see the Prater. You can use furniture, but we can also clear it out. There is enough space for a big bed, a desk and a closet. You enter your room via the large living room.
Die Lage ist super, 1min zur Haltestelle "Quartier Belvedere" hier kannst du in alle Richtungen fahren, S-Bahn, Strassenbahn 18, O und Strassenbahn D.
Der Hauptbahnhof ist keine 10min zu Fuss. Was mega praktisch ist. In die Stadt fährt der Bus 13A und auch nur wenige Fssminuten ca. 8 :) kann man die U1 zur Kolschitzkygasse nehmen.
Was wir lieben ist der Schweizer Garten direkt neben der Wohnung. Ein wunderschöner Park zum abhängen, Tischtennis spielen oder als Laufrunde.
Der Karlsplatz ist 15-20min zu Fuss zu erreichen. Der vierte Bezirk ist ein ruhiger Bezirk aber die Lage ist fantastisch.

The location is great, 1 minute to the "Quartier Belvedere" stop, here you can travel in all directions, S-Bahn, Tram 18, O and D.
The main train station is less than 10 minutes on foot. Which is super practical. The 13A bus goes into the city and only a few minutes walk about 8 :) you can take the U1 to Kolschitzkygasse.
What we love is the Swiss garden right next to the apartment. A beautiful park to hang out, play table tennis or go for a jog.
Karlsplatz is a 15-20 minute walk away. The fourth district is a quiet district but the location is fantastic
Der Kühlschrank ist leider kaputt, sonst funktioniert alles.
