Ich suche eine verantwortungsvolle Person oder ein Paar, die sich in meiner Wohnung wohlfühlen !
Die Wohnung verfügt über ein großes Vorzimmer mit Arbeitsplatz, eine ausgestattete Küche, einem großem Wohn/Schlafraum (Bett 160x200), einem Bad mit Badewanne, einer Waschmaschine und natürlich WLAN.
Die Wohnung eignet sich perfekt für eine Einzelperson oder ein Paar.
Sehr sonnige Lage in ruhiger Wohngegend im 4.Bezirk, nur wenige Minuten vom Hauptbahnhof und dem Schloss Belvedere entfernt. Gute Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmitteln (U1,U2,U4, Straßenbahn D), außerdem gibts zahlreiche Supermärkte in der Umgebung.
Die Miete beträgt pro Monat 790€ inklusiver aller Betriebskosten (Strom/Gas und Wifi sind inklusive).

In the heart of the 4th district, walking distance from the main train station („Hauptbahnhof“) and Schloss Belvedere with many transport options nearby (U1,U2, U4, tram D). Lovely area with restaurants and huge selection of supermarkets.
The rent for one month is 790€ all charges (electricity/gas/Wifi) included.

Die Wohnung ist sehr sonnig und liegt in einer ruhigen, pittoresken Wohngegend im 4.Wiener Gemeindebezirk, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Hauptbahnhof, dem Karlsplatz und dem Schloss Belvedere entfernt. Gute Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmitteln (U1,U2,U4, Straßenbahn D) und viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.
Das nahegelegene Schloss Belvedere und der botanische Garten lädt zu einem Spaziergang ein.
Es gibt zahlreiche Supermärkte und Apotheke in der Umgebung. Am Hauptbahnhof kann man auch sonntags einkaufen. Nette Cafés und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Gehweite.
Da es sich um eine Zwischenmiete handelt, verbleiben zahlreiche persönliche Gegenstände in der Wohnung.
Die Wohnung ist eine Nichtraucherwohnung.
