i'm moving out of my apartment and my landlord is looking for someone to replace me! this apartment is great for one person or a couple. the apartment is furnished and everything is in really good condition. it has great natural lighting and is generally a quiet apartment. the washing machine + dryer is in the basement shared by a few apartments (but it's almost always available to use). apartment is on 4th floor but has an elevator and the landlady is very nice.

- separate toilet
- kitchen with fridge, induction stove, oven, sink, kitchen table and chairs
- bedroom with double bed, sofa, desk, cupboard, side desk (wooden floor)
looking for someone to move in between mid — end of April :) message me if you are interested a bit about you/what you do so i can pass on to the landlord. Available for online viewing this week.

the apartment is in a great location. across the road is penny supermarket (1 min), round the corner is billa (3 mins) + also quite a few other supermarkets within walking distance.
gumpendorfer strasse U6 station is 3 mins away + margaretengurtel U4 is 5 mins away.
easy to walk to mariahilferstrasse too.
