It is available from April 1 and includes 2 big rooms (each over 20 m2, that can be use as bedroom+livingroom or as two bedrooms in case of WG), fully furnished kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, electric stove with ceramic hob, oven), bathroom with bathtub, toilet with window.
There is also a convenient storage for bikes at the ground floor.
Most of the furniture can be bought from the current tenant (price can be discussed in person).
The washing machine can be bought for 80€.

Der Brunnermarkt ist auch ganz in der Nähe (10 min).
