Hello, future tenant of our beautiful flat; we hope you value it as much as we did. The location is fantastic, directly in front of the University of Vienna; everything you need is right around the corner, including a grocery store and a superb poke bowl restaurant, not to mention the variety of coffee shops nearby. The public transportation is expanding all around our place, from the various trams to the bikes that may be used to get around. The building is old, but the flat is relatively recent, with large windows and plenty of space to construct and renovate as you wish. The kitchen is integrated with a living area, including a large wall where you can host movie nights utilizing the projector we received; everything will remain at the place for the price listed in this ad, but we can definitely negotiate further. In terms of rooms, each are approximately 12 square meters in size, which is not much space, but you will be provided with a desk, bed, and wardrobe. During the summer, the place becomes pretty fresh, so you don't feel the heat of 30 degrees outside and can enjoy your stay in, although in the winter, it may take some time to warm up, but it becomes really cozy in the evening with a cup of tea.
