Wir suchen einen Nachmieter für unsere wunderschöne Altbauwohnung im 9. Bezirk. Mein Freund und Ich ziehen ab dem 1.3 ins Ausland, daher suchen wir nach jemandem der die Wohnung langfristig übernehmen möchte.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 9.Bezirk zwei Minuten von der U-Bahn Station Friedensbrücke (U4). Der Donaukanal ist direkt vor der Tür (1 Minute zu Fuß) und das Servietenviertel sowie Franz-Josef-Bahnhof in unter 5 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen.
Die Wohnung eignet sich perfekt für Single oder ein Paar. Sie ist aufgeteilt in ein großes Wohnzimmer, eine Küche, eine Toilette, ein Badezimmer, Schlafzimmer und einem kleinen Balkon zum Innenhof.
Die Kaltmiete beträgt 780€. Die Kaution 2400€. Wir würden unsere Möbel gerne gegen eine kleine Ablöse in der Wohnung lassen.

We are looking for someone to take over our flat on a long term basis. The minimum contract period is 1 year.
The rent is 780€ excluding utilities. The deposit is 2400€.
If you would like to take over the furniture it would of course come at an additional cost.
Our place is situated in the 9th district, very close to Friedensbrücke, the Donau Kanal and servietenviertel. Spar is situated 300 metres away, with Fitinn right above too. Also, literally next door is the most amazing pizza place with the coolest staff.
Our flat is absolutely perfect for a couple or as a Bachelors. We have a spacious bedroom, modern kitchen and big bathroom with a bathtub + shower.
The flat is available for viewing from the 05/02.
