Die Wohnung ist komplett eingerichtet und wäre sogar für eine 2er WG oder auch für ein Pärchen geeignet, da es ein größeres Zimmer und ein kleineres Zimmer (nicht in den Bildern sichbat) gibt, neben Küche, Bad, Toilette und Vorraum.
Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet und verfügt auch über einen Geschirrspüler.
Im Bad gibt es eine Dusche sowie auch eine Waschmaschine. Toilette ist separat.
Ich werde später selber wieder in die Wohnung ziehen. :)

This spacious, bright, quiet and beautiful apartment i is available to rent from June until the end of November 2024 (exact duration flexible). The apartment is fully furnished and would even be suitable for a 2-person shared flat or for a couple.
The kitchen is fully equipped and also has a dishwasher.
The bathroom has a shower and a washing machine. The toilet is separate. I will move back into the apartment myself later. :)
Die Wohnung verfügt über große Fensterseiten und ist daher den ganzen Tag über sehr hell. Die Wohnung liegt auch sehr ruhig, da die angrenzende Straße eine Sackgasse ist.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 3. Stock und ist mit der Lage im 9. Bezirk verkehrstechnisch super angebunden.
