Die Wohnung besteht aus 3 getrennt begehbaren Zimmern: zwei Zimmer je 25qm und ein Zimmer mit ca. 16 qm. Zudem gibt es eine Küche, Eingangsbereich, Bad und WC.
Die zwei größeren Zimmer zeigen zu einer großen Straße und sind daher bei geöffneten Fenstern laut. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern hört man allerdings so gut wie nichts :) Das kleinere 16-qm-Zimmer zeigt zum Innenhof und ist wunderschön ruhig.
Es gibt insgesamt 4 Schlafplätze + 2 Couch-Schlafplätze.
Die Wohnung ist vollmöbliert inkl. Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Küchenutensilien und Bettwäsche.
Das Beste der Wohnung ist der Kamin, der im Winter für eine extra kuschelige Atmosphäre sorgt :)

The apartment consists of 3 separately accessible rooms: two rooms each 25sqm and one room with about 16sqm. In addition, there is a kitchen, entrance area, bathroom and toilet.
The two larger rooms face a large street and are therefore noisy when the windows are open. With closed windows, however, you hear as good as nothing :) The smaller 16 sqm room faces the courtyard and is beautifully quiet.
There are a total of 4 sleeping places + 2 couch sleeping places.
The apartment is fully furnished including washing machine, dishwasher, kitchen utensils and bed linen.
The best part of the apartment is the fireplace, which provides an extra cozy atmosphere in the winter :)
Die Lage ist TOP!! Die Wohnung liegt direkt gegenüber der U6 Haltestelle Volksoper/Währinger Straße sowie Bim und Bus-Station. 3 min zu Fuß ist der schöne Kutschkermarkt, der zum Schlendern und Kosten einlädt. Nette Cafés sind auch in 5 min Umgebung.
Ein Billa ist direkt gegenüber, Spar Gourmet ca. 2 min zu Fuß und Hofer/Denns/DM ca. 10 min zu Fuß.
Mit dem Fahrrad 10 min den Berg hoch (oder 10 min Bus) ist der wunderschöne Türkenschanzpark.
In 10-15 Minuten kann man auch zum Schottentor und zur Uni laufen.
Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in ca. 15-20 Minuten auf der Donauinsel :)
... what else? Die Lage ist ein Traum!

The location is TOP! The apartment is located directly across from the U6 station Volksoper/Währinger Straße as well as the Bim and bus station. 3 min walking distance to the beautiful Kutschkermarkt, which invites you to stroll and taste the local specialities. Nice cafés are also in 5 min surrounding.
A Billa is directly opposite, Spar Gourmet is about 2 min walk and Hofer/Denns/DM about 10 min walk.
By bike 10 min up the mountain (or 10 min bus) is the beautiful Türkenschanzpark.
In 10-15 minutes you can also walk to the Schottentor and the university.
By bike it takes about 15-20 minutes to reach the Donauinsel :)
