Aufgrund einer Lateinamerika Reise von mindestens 2 Monaten biete ich meine geräumige und helle Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete an. Die Wohnung liegt im 15.Bezirk auf der Goldschlagstraße, unweit der U-Bahn Station Johnstraße (U3) und vom Schwendermarkt. Die Wohnung wird voll möbliert vermietet, inklusive allen Küchenutensilien, elektronischen Geräten und Bettwäsche.
Die Wohnung besteht aus einem großen Wohnzimmer, einem großen Schlafzimmer, einer kleinen Küche, einem Bad mit Dusche, einem kleinen Stauraum und einem Klo. Sie ist also gut geeignet für Einzelpersonen, aber auch für Paare und gute Freunde, welche sie als 2-er WG verwendet könnten.
Ich bin für zumindest 2 Monate verreist. Es ist aber auch gut möglich, dass ich 3 oder 4 Monate weg sein werde. Falls du also die Wohnung länger benötigst, können wir uns auch auf eine andere Zeitdauer für die Miete einigen.

Due to a Latin America trip of at least 2 months, I am offering my spacious and bright apartment for temporary rent. The apartment is in the 15th district on Goldschlagstrasse, not far from the Johnstrasse underground station (U3) and the Schwendermarkt. The apartment is rented fully furnished, including all kitchen utensils, electronic devices and bed linen.
The apartment consists of a large living room, a large bedroom, a small kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, a small storage room and a toilet. It is therefore well suited for individuals, but also for couples and good friends who could use it as a 2-person flat share.
I'll be away for at least 2 months. But it is also quite possible that I will be away for 3 or 4 months. So if you need the apartment longer, we can also agree on a different period of time to rent the apartment.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Nachbarschaft im 15.Bezirk. Zur nächsten U-Bahn Station (Johnstraße U3) sind es 6 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Straßenbahnlinie 49 und der Bus 10A sind auch in unmittelbarer Nähe der Wohnung. Du kannst dir aber auch gerne mein Fahrrad ausleihen, während du hier wohnst (siehe Foto).
Der nächste Supermarkt ist ein Hofer und ist in 5 Minuten Gehdistanz. Ein Spar und ein Billa und andere Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs (Bipa z.B.) sind auch in kurzer Gehdistanz zu erreichen. Es gibt auch einen guten traditionellen Bäcker (Cafe Konditorei Rieppel) in der Nähe.
In der Märzstraße und in der. Schweglerstraße gibt es dann auch tolle Restaurants und nette Bars. Die kann ich dir dann natürlich auch alle nennen.
Mit der U-Bahn ist man innerhalb von 14 Minuten auf der Mariahilferstraße und innerhalb von 22 Minuten am Stephansplatz.

The apartment is in a very quiet neighborhood in the 15th district. The next subway station (Johnstraße U3) is a 6-minute walk away. The tram line 49 and the bus 10A are also in the immediate vicinity of the apartment. But you are also welcome to borrow my bike while you live here (see photo).
The nearest supermarket is a Hofer and is a 5-minute walk away. A Spar and a Billa and other shops for daily needs (Bipa e.g.) are also within walking distance. There is also a good traditional baker (Cafe Konditorei Rieppel) nearby. In the Märzstraße and in the Schweglerstrasse you can also find great restaurants and nice bars. Of course I can name them all later on.
The subway takes you to Mariahilferstrasse in 14 minutes and to Stephansplatz in 22 minutes.
