,unsere 3er WG wird nach und nach frei, soll heißen ab Mai/Juni und ich als Hauptmieter würde Ende August ausziehen. Kurze Fakts: Altbau, gleichgroße Zimmer (28qm), Toilette am Gang und extra Gäste/Speisezimmer. Die Kaltmiete ist 1127, mit Nebenkosten sind wir monatlich bei ca. 1400. Die Vermieter sind ein älteres Ehepaar und sehr umgänglich und fair wenn man nett zu ihnen ist.
Die Zimmer haben jeweils Türen zwischen ihnen und der Boden knarzt wenn man drüber geht, außerdem ist die Wohnung direkt am Straßenbahndepot, d.h. für geräuschempfindliche Personen ist es eher nichts.
