Hello ! My roommate and I are leaving Austria in the beginning of September and we are looking for new tenants to take over our lovely flat in the 20th district. We have created wonderful memories in this cozy, modern flat, and it's time for someone else to enjoy its charm !

🔌 Includes a fridge, oven, dishwasher, and a cabinet with all the cutlery. Living room includes a sofa, for sale at a negotiable price as well.

We initially signed a contract for a 5-year period, but the good news is that our landlord is very understanding and allows for changes to the contract, such as adding or replacing names, anytime during the rental period. In fact, we have already had one tenant change during our time here. So, your initial contract duration will be 4 years, and if any changes need to be made within that time, the landlord is flexible and accommodating.

Only your IDs are required as documents; no additional paperwork is necessary. upon signing the contract, you will have to pay the deposit to the landlord or to us (for convenience).
