Volkermarket just outside the door (30 seconds walk). Friendly neighbourhood and very calm and friendly neighbours (mostly families). Landlord has an office and lives in the same building in the case there is any emergency.
Very cool district. Everything is nearby, from the Prater to different stores. Also very calm as it is mainly a residencial district. You have a lot of cool restaurants and also bards - only 15 minutes walk to the canal near SchwedenPlatz, as for example the Tel Aviv Beach Club.
Available from 22 June to 22 September. Possibly available for more time, as I have the intention of moving to the 4th district since I've started working there.
