The flat is divided into an entrance hallway, a living room with open kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom with tub and toilet.
There are many windows, a beautiful solid wood parquet floor, a walk-in wardrobe and a gas heating.
Die Wohnung liegt am Wiener Columbuscenter, zu dem man einen schönen Blick von der Küche hat. Außerdem ist die Wohnung gleich um's Eck von der Einkaufsmeile Favoritenstraße und am Clumbuscentre sowie dem Viktor-Adler Wochenmarkt. In der Nähe befindet sich auch das Belvedere sowie das Amalienbad.
Die öffentliche Verkehrsanbindung ist auch super: nur ca. 450m vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt und ca. 300m zur U-Bahnstation U1-Keplerplatz , ca. 20m an der Tram Wagen-O gelegen und in ca, 500m ist man bei der Bushaltestellt 13A

The flat is located next to Vienna's Columbus Centre, to which you have a beautiful view from the kitchen. In addition, the flat is just around the corner from the shopping mile Favoritenstraße and the Clumbuscentre as well as the weekly Viktor-Adler market. In close proximity you will also find the Belvedere as well as the Amalia bathhouse.
The public transport connection is also great: only about 450m from the main station and about 300m to the underground station U1-Keplerplatz, about 20m to the tram Wagen-O and in about 500m you are at the bus stop 13A.
Für die Dauer der Untermiete bin ich selbst für einen Arbeitsaufenthalt in Madrid. Ich suche nach Untermietern, die für die gesamte Dauer meiner Abwesenheit in der Wohnung leben. Die Zwischenmieter sind gebeten meine Pflanzen zu pflegen. Ein Teil der Mietkosten beinhaltet Kosten für die Möbel- und Gerätenutzung.

For the duration of the sublet, I will be in Madrid myself for a work stay. I am looking for someone to live in the apartment for the entire time that I am gone. The interim tenants are asked to take care of my plants. A part of the costs include a fee for the furniture and devices.
