Außerdem zwei getrennt begehbare Zimmer. Die Zimmer sind möbliert, mit Bett, Tisch, Stuhl, Schrank, Regale und kleiner Kommode.

The apartment is from a international student home. It has a little Kitchen with a dining table and chairs, as well as a small bathroom with a shower and a separate toilette. The two separate bedrooms are furnished with a table, a chair, bed, closet, cupboards and a small tv stand.
In 7 Minuten erreicht man die S-Bahn und Bus, in 5 Minuten diverse Bim.
Gleich gegenüber ist ein kleiner Park, jedoch erreicht man in 10 min den Wienerberg Park. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es unglaublich viele. Direkt im Haus sind Müller und Lidl, in 5-10 Minuten erreicht man Billa, Bipa, Hofer, Spar, dm, Penny.

Across the street is a small park, of if you prefer a little more nature, you can walk to the Wienerberg park in 10 minutes. You grocery shopping can be done at Lidl and Müller right in the house, or 5-10 minutes away at Billa, Bipa, Hofer, Spar, dm, and Penny.
Die Schlafzimmer haben die Fenster zur Hofseite hinaus und sind deshalb sehr schön ruhig. Außerdem kann man die Gemeinschaftsräume des Wohnheimes selbstverständlich nutzen. Dazu gehören die Lernlounge, der Wasch-/ Trockenraum, der Musikraum, der Fitnessraum und die Sauna/Saunarium. Zusätzlich gibt es auf jeder Etage eine sehr große und moderne Gemeinschaftsküche und Gemeinschaftsbereiche mit Fernsehern.
Auch gibt es freies Wlan und eine Putzfrau, die wöchentlich kommt.

The bedrooms have their windows to the inner yard and thus are very quiet. You can also use all the common rooms of the student home. Which are the study lounge, laundry room, music room, gym and sauna. On every floor you will have a very big and modern common kitchen as well as common areas with a tv.
There is also free Wifi and a nice cleaning lady (once a week).
