Beautiful and furnished apartment in nice neighborhood close to city center in Vienna, up for rent for 2 months.
We are renting out our beautiful 3½-room apartment from the 10th of July to the 17th of September 2017. The apartment is big with beautiful wooden floors, cozy decorated with 3 bedrooms (one which has a french balcony), kitchen, bathroom with bathtub and washingmachine, and a breakfast room. There are sleeping space for 4 people and 3 sets of keys for the apartment.
The rent is 990 Euro per month (incl. heating, gas, wifi, water ect.) and the deposit is 200 Euro.
The apartment is on Albert Platz, a wonderful green square where young and old people hang out in the summertime. The neighborhood is very quiet and well suitable for families or couples. It only takes 15 minutes with public transportation to city center - and 30 minutes by foot. Lots of shopping possibilities and supermarkets just around the corner.
House roules:
No partys
No loud noice past 10 PM
No animals
No smoking in the apartment

Wir vermieten unsere schöne 3 und ½ Zimmer Wohnung von 10. Juli bis 17. September.Die Wohnung ist gross mit schönen Holzboden, gemütlich eingerichtet und hat 3 schlafzimmers (einer mit einem französischen Balkon), eine küche, ein kleines breakfast-Zimmer, und toilet mit Wanne und Waschmaschine. Hier gibt es Schlafgelegenheit für 4 Personen, und es gibt 3 Schlüsseln für die Wohnung.
Die Miete ist 990 Euro pro Monat (der volle Preis mit Gas, WLAN usw.), und es gibt ein Kaution von 200 Euro.
Die Wohnung befindet sich auf Albert Platz, ein wunderbare Grünen Platz, wo alte und junge Menschen im Sommer abhängen. Die Lage ist Ruhig und geeignet für Familien und Paare. Es gibt 15 minuten mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zum Zentrum oder 30 minuten zu fuss, und viele Einkaufs- und Shoppingmöglichkeiten befindet sich um die Ecke.
