Hey guys!
During the summer I won't be in Vienna, that's why I'll rent out my lovely flat. It's not luxurious, but offers everything you need for a pleasant stay in Vienna!
Billa is right around the corner, also a post office, etc.
Margaretengürtel U4 Metro station is about 3minutes walking distance. Gumpendorfer Straße with a lot of restaurants, and Mariahilfer Straße with its shops are also very close.
The flat is quite big for a single apartment (kitchen, small bedroom, bathroom, livingroom), quiet and has a beautiful view.
Equipment: washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, etc. (please note I don't have an oven, so in case you are a passionate cook, it might be the wrong place haha)
You are welcome to feel at home!! Because this is my first "own" flat, I'd be happy if you handle the flat with care, as if it was your own (that's why, even for the short period of time, I'd require a deposit, which of course you will get back immediately if everything is fine).
