Wir suchen Nachmieter für eine Zwischenmiete im April und Mai, da wir von der Wohnung ausziehen.
Die Wohnung ist 62m2 groß und vollmöbliert. Alles was nötig ist, ist vorhanden: Matratze und Hochbett (Bettwäsche inkludiert), eine große sehr konfortable Couch und ein Fernsehen, ein Esstisch, Schränken und ein Dressing. Man fühlt sich sofort zu Hause,da die Wohnung schön geschmückt ist und der Garten ist beruhigend.
Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet (Spül- und Waschmaschinen, Kühlschrank), und Geschirr ist vorhanden.
Einfach mit den Köffer kommen und einziehen! :)

We are searching for someone who would be interested in renting this room for April and/or May, since we are moving out end of March.
The flat is 62m2 and furnished. Everything you need is already included : mattresses, bed and bed sheets, a very comxfortable couch and a TV, a big table to eat, cupboards and a big dressing. One feels like at home, the decoration is welcoming and the shared garden is appeasing.
The kitchen is fully equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, fridge) and the dishes and crockery is available.
Just come with your luggage and move in! :)
Toplage in Mariahilf, die Wohnung befindet sich 2 Minuten vom 13A/14A (Esterhazygasse) und zu fuß braucht man nur 5 Minuten zur Ubahn Pilgramgasse. Karlsplatz ist ca 15 Min entfernt mit der U4.
Die Mariahilferstrasse ist auch ca 5 Minuten zu fuß, und es gibt zahlreichende Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Spar und Billa, ein Späti in der Kaunitzgasse hat bis 23 Uhr offen).

Perfect location in the district of Mariahilf. The flat is near of the bus station Esterhazygasse (13A/14A) and the nearest metro station Pilgramgasse is only 5 minutes on foot. Karlplatz is about 15 minutes with the U4 line.
The Mariahilfer street (shopping street) is about 5 minutes on foot, and there are many grocery shops (Spar, Billa, also a late-night shop in the street which closes at 11 PM).
Die Hauptmieter Dominika und Reinhard sind sehr nett und helfen gerne falls ihr etwas braucht!
Eine kleine Kaution wird gefragt.
